Really neither, America probably gets the taxes from them although I'm sure they got huge tax breaks for bringing jobs. BP gets more profits, which somehow makes the UK economy look better although they don't get a cent. Btw America's name would piss off a lot of Latin Americans, but this is a Nordic comic and I've only seen Mexico, so ok!
