Here in Iceland there's maybe one piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato and maybe a slice of lemon (depending on what you're having). So cheap -.- On sandwiches there's a thin slice of meat and some dressing. Then you go to America and see the over sized portions and food with every kind of side dish and thick, juicy meat between sandwiches with dressings and vegetables - it's all so thick that you can't get it into your mouth without taking it apart.
