In Finland, the cyclists are the ones with the lack of manners. At least in cities over here, they seem to think they're the kings of the road; ignoring traffic rules, cycling among cars, bowling over pedestrians, and then whining when a car knocks them over (even if it was their fault for bolting in front of the car in the first place).
