I didn't really intend a deep philosophical meaning for this, (ok maybe not deep or philisophical) but I guess it just depends on however the person viewing this interprets it, so what does this mean to you? This has NOTHING to do with any historical events.

Yes I did NOT give Germany a well....you know...WIENER (shot for immaturity) This is sorta my way of censoring the human body, instead of using a big ugly black bar to cover it up. Again the songs that give me inspiration 99% of the time have NOTHING to do with the drawing AT ALL!!!! XDXD SERIOUSLY, I'm not kidding! The song is kinda well....er...Dark? But I guess It inspired me because it sounded EPIC AS HELL! Yes...Very epic indeed.

I'm not going to lie: until you told me that was Germany, I thought it was Finland without his hat or knife (which left me wondering what you meant by fallen or rising again).
With that said, it's very well-drawn and while you may not have intended it to go much deeper than its aesthetic value, it could be taken that way. Since you, the artist, have said there's no deeper meaning, my assigning one wouldn't be appropriate I think.
