Welcome to the Family
This is my interpretation of how an personified Albania might look. He is very poor and because of that, is part of the Mafia. His favorite thing to do....annoy Serbia of course. And with not many people who look at him nicely, he usually is cold to a lot of people.
(Note, like this comic, I am not trying to be offensive towards anyone, this is just playing off of stereotypes)
