Here is Sister Philippines. Since I found no one who had previously created her, I can declare her as my creation.

Here is a character profile of Sister Philippines:

Scandinavia & the World (SATW) character she is supposedly most alike: Sister Sweden

But is she, really? Well, the only real thing in common that she has with Sister Sweden is that she has oodles of sex appeal. But she has smaller boobs than Sister Sweden (or Sister America's silicone parts, for that matter). And the matter of the extent that her jobs/gigs include sexual favors will remain a matter of debate that I will deliberately leave as inconclusive. Just like Calvin & Hobbes' creator Bill Watterson would never conclude the nature of Hobbes's reality--you can debate whether Hobbes is a figment of Calvin's imagination, or that he really comes to life to Calvin when there is no one around.

Archetype that best defines her: Geisha. Just like her, this famous profession is extremely misunderstood. Again, a lot of foreigners assumed that the job almost always include sexual favors, but real geishas would say this is not so. Same with Sister Philippines--her jobs do not always include sex, though for some reason, several people would assume so. But expect me to mine several comedic scenarios based on this misunderstanding (her brother especially acting hot-blooded when suggestive talk reaches his ears).

Other key traits:
1) She is a gifted performer and entertainer, as her singing and dancing talents are well-renowned.
2) But she also has an exceptional gift for empathy and nurturing, that some of her gigs include being a caregiver and a nurse. You may wonder about the males who hire her services as they might subliminally be actually seeking their moms when they seek her.
3) As her brother sometimes leave behind a big mess or wastes his money, she sometimes has to take responsibility to fix them and make ends meet. Her brother knows this and occasionally feels guilty about this, that sometimes he would sometimes dress in drag to take her place--most people wouldn't notice, especially SATW's America.
