the people who hire white people are company bosses and they hire white people to dress fancy and join them in meetings and stuff so they'd look cool and awesome coz they have a white person in their team
I would like that..dress fancy, ride in jets, sit in rooms together with powerful people, learn business stuff. It's like riding shotgun but with pay.
