@Murasakyoru Raspeballer (Or "Palt" as we say in Sweden) are amongst my absolute favourite dishes! No syrup for me though! I´ve tried them with a light sauce made from "Mesost" (A cheese made from goat milk-wey). Not bad, but I like them better with salted pork, tyttebär/lingonberries and of course large amounts of butter!
