Honestly, we've gotten along a lot better recently than we have for most of our history. XD Before we teamed up for WW1, we'd basically spent the past 1,000 years, or close enough, as two of the biggest rivals in Europe. Since then... sure, we've had spats, and we still make fun of one another like no tomorrow, but we've at least generally bee on the same side. XD
