That is a good point: no nation will ever have the funds for everything.

Yes, they are probably aware that it'll never become law, but the purpose is to stall anti-discrimination policies.
Yeah, as I said the democrats are assholes too; just a slightly lesser evil from my point of view.
I will consider what you said though: most republicans are indeed reasonable good people, they just happen to be aligned with a party that puts people who isn't on top. Important to remember. Easy to judge faceless masses, but parties made of people.
