Presuming there are no other coupled relationships here, with this group, I'd probably have the siblings in one bed, at least. The general idea is not to encourage any hanky panky in a shared room... or rather to let the lady sleep soundly knowing no one's going to do something dumb in the middle of the night with her. Her bro is presumably the safest dude in the room to her.
