to be honest I find Germany's answers being the most interesting being it was their country that was defeated
the Germans answer 37% USA, 27% USSR, 7% UK, 4% other country and 25% I don't know
The US gave itself the most credit for defeating the Nazis at 55% 11% to the Soviet Union and 7% to the UK, 2% for other and 25% of I don't know
The UK gave itself the second most credit for defeating the Nazis at 50%, Soviet Union at 15% and USA at 14%, 2% other and 18% I don't know so even thought brits voted USSR over the USA it was only by 1%
also, it's kind of funny the UK gave the US twice the credit that the US gave them
