Portugal and Spain do it a bit too. Not in full-text stuff like instructions in the back, but small phrases in the front (usually of shampoos for some reason). For example, "extreme shine" would be written "brillo/brilho extremo" because we write "extreme" the same way, but "shine" in slightly different ways.
