@MichaelZWilliamson Wait... where are you where emergency care is free if you're broke? I had a cyst rupture on my ovary and had to pay money I didn't have for basic, life saving treatment. Hell, in some ERs if they find out you can't pay and you're conscious, not actively dying, and not actively having a baby, they'll kick you out.
