Oh don't worry I can imagine that it could be confusing for outsiders. We have four languages, three are official. German is the most common, then comes French, then Italian and Romansh is only few spoken. I know of two governmental German channels, one French, one Italian and one Romansh. But ypu can get even more channels that aren't Swiss, but with Swiss German advertisement. It's a bit confusing.
Oh no that is terrible... It is do important to maintain Culture and language of a country, it's just awful to here thede news... :|
