Tbh it is also quite sad to look away from personal responsibility. Just because something was introduced doesn´t remove your own will, or ability to not use something - people in Greenland was not forced to drink alcohol, similar to people are not forced to smoke cigarettes - would Denmark have a responsibility in it being introduced, yes. But thats it - means it would be nice if something was done to help people off the booze, but in the end it is up to the individual to on track with their lives. Can´t act like a child and blame others all the time ...
Now, it is a completely different matter when talking about - lets say giving disease ridden blankets to a community as a gift, knowing full well it would wipe them out. Because that is with intent to harm.
