I've lived in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia (US) this comic sums it up PA and WV are like "we get about a foot of snow every year (maybe more)." and at the sight of a snow flake VA is like "OH MY GOSH IT'S SNOWING! FLEA TO YOUR HOUSES! WE'LL GET FROST BITE! AHHHHH!!!!!"
