Why do I care what Stalin did or didn't do in the context of what Finland helped Hitler do? It's irrelevant. They didn't starve unavoidably. They starved as part of a deliberate siege in styles of warfare that the Nazis never attempted on the western front where they regarded the locals with some humanity, and not as subhumans.
And it was in absolutely staggering numbers over a very long siege time. By no accident.
