@TheNerd Not it's not that simple. But I'd prefer an accessible medical system to one that innovates faster. Medical care is supposed to be a human right. At least it should be mostly free. You don't have to go full Nordic but American citizens would clearly benefit from one like Australia at least where we have the public and universal medicare to give everyone solid basic standard and stuff.
