@Danelaw Britian has 61 million people. Over here in The United States we have THREE HUNDRED million people. Imagine trying to set up the infrastructure to get healthcare to ALL of them, within four years, all while one of the two major political parties do try to stop you every step of the way (and they fight dirty too).
That Obama got ANYTHING done at all is itself impressive.
