@Namitsu As much as I know, FennoSwede's flag is an unofficial flag, and the Swedish-speaking Finns who use it are using it because they wish to be recognized as a separate ethnic group. Since they don't self-identify as the majority in Finland, the Swedish-speaking Finns felt that they needed a different flag to represent themselves.
