We don't get snow in Florida except for, like, twice in a century, and even then it's bare minimum of dusting. A few years ago Miami had a cold snap. My dad bikes everywhere, and he told me that he saw a bunch of lizards just standing in the middle of the sidewalk, not responding. It was so cold that the cold-blooded tropical creatures were rendered immobile!
