I had to do this a lot while I was travelling in Europe. Since I have celiacs so I had to scan everything to find the English words to see if I could eat it. Eventually, I just learned what gluten/wheat was in the respective languages so I could just find that. But basically, Sister America is more or less me when looking at food items in Europe.
