So much of what I read, both here and elsewhere, makes me think Scandinavian countries must be wonderful places to live!
Though every time I see mention of the food, I think "nope, better not."
I don't have to deal with racists, sexists, religious nuts, or homophobes every single day (not even close to every day, fortunately, though they do tend to make a strong impression) but I do need to EAT every single day.
