Actually, after watching just a few episodes, there's one where the boys are tricked into joining a club that uses violence to accomplish its goals. That is pretty obviously a kid-level analogy to terrorist groups. The leader is even a comically over-the-top caricature of many Islamic fundamentalist group leaders.
(I still cocked my head a bit that Burka Avenger defeated the leaders of the violent group by hurling a giant metal safe at their war machine, then ended the episode with a lesson on how violence is not the way to solve problems.)
