I so love it when people are sensitive on the topic of women's periods. They can talk about ejaculation all they want. Bloody video games? Sure.
"Their brain splattered all over the wall" Sick dude. But as soon as someone as much as mentions having period cramps or excusing themselves so they can go and change their pad or tampon, people start being squeamish and "I don't want to hear about your period, it's gross"
Get over yourself. It's a thing that's entirely natural and pretty much half the population has to go through. It's not disgusting, just because the blood comes from a vagina and not a bullet hole.
