@Baronese Kinda. Some people I know (especially older people) use "communist" to mean "weirdo" or "non-conformist". It has nothing to do with the ideology, and sometimes it's not even political. "You don't like chocolate ice cream? You communist." or "What kind of communist keeps their lights on at 2 AM?"
