@Mixu The research for Hetalia consisted of three bottles of sake and a North Korean textbook on history, which was digitally translated into English, then Klingon, then Chinese, then Latin, then Klingon again, then Japanese.
What I'm trying to say is, I don't consider it very accurate, and I don't think anybody with even the most basic grasp of history ought to think of it as anything other than derpy fun.
Don't get me wrong: SATW isn't super accurate, even within its stated context of being amusing stereotypes, but Humon's research IS a lot better.
