As I understand it. Iceland and the Faeroe Island still have whale hunting and the Faeroe Island continues to have their annual dolphin hunt. This has attracted the anger of the group called the Sea Shepherd who have actively been trying to prevent future dolphin hunts. It is crazy! Look them up. I believe the Sea Shepherd flag ship is registered and protected by Denmark. The people of the Faeroe Island are highly suspicious of anyone who is Vegetarian since the crews of the Sea Shepherd are required to be vegetarians.
