We were talking about Tarmaque's proposed constitution restricting rights to people who live up to their responsibilities. That is what we were discussing, not just people needing to remember that they have responsibilities.
That you wilfully ignore what consequences your favoured policies will have for minorities does not make a good case for arguing that you're without prejudice - quite the opposite. It also demonstrates a lack of honesty.
As for your last point, I will remind you again that the context of our conversation is the proposition that basic human rights should be contingent on the government's assessment of whether you have fulfilled your responsibilities to the nation. That is both authoritarian and collectivist.
