@sgt_Oddball I guess Infantry would have to make tea the old-fashioned way without tank support. I kind of expected them to get issued a special piece of tea-making equipment for those long hours waiting in foxholes.
As for aircraft, I guess those conditions make sense. After all, a single-seat aircraft will usually not stay up long enough that you really need a tea break. And while you could use pressurized vessels to make your tea in unpressurized aircraft, the tea suddenly boiling over when it gets depressurized for drinking would make the whole affair somewhat dangerous - though I would expect this to be danger any proper Englishman would gladly face for queen (well, king, back in the day), country and tea.
