One of the best (and by far the most expensive!) Brazilian coffee beans (if not the best) is the Jacu, which pass thru the same process as the Kopi Luwak - but eaten by a bird called jacu instead of a civet.
Not a coffee expecialist myself, but here in Brazil we drink coffee very strong - not made like expresso, but pitch black anyway.
As for myself, I like a bit of coffee on my milk chocolate *yum!*
