@Mixu actually, that depends on which list you look at... my google search just told me the best education system in the world is still south korea, then japan, then singapore, then hong kong... but finland is listed 5th, way above sweden at least. XD
i wouldnt say 'wiser' is exactly 'smarter' tho... you can memorize every book in the world and still be dumb as a rock, and you could be an enlightened sage without ever going to school.
