I don't really understand what they mean by nuclear reactor... Was it the quality of those reactors (and how the hell did they measure that) ? Because if it's quantity, I think it would be USA (or maybe China) and if it's percentage of electricity produced it should be France (more than 70% of our electricity is produced by nuclear reactors, the rest being renewable and some fossil fuels, all around we've got one of the greenest mix around the world)
