I read actual decrets and listen to minster, he is just giving recommendations... Media screaming how police cruel emforcment of laws, but most get debunked fast. So yeah...
Pretty much only changes were temporary shut down of services which require prolonged contact with clients and mandatory masks in public space. If that is "cracking down on freedoms", then fuck you...
