@DutchToSwede There might be reasons for such decision. One one my county's basketball clubs play in Euroleague or whatever it is called. Some players and administration refused to participate in games, league said they will give club a fine, government set quarantine with law of gatherings of only 5 or less. Result? Force majeure so no fines can be imposed. Just one little example....
Another thing, at least here even if you have 50, dont make huge noises, police can't enter by force. Of course I heard doors were broken because some idiots decided to have rave in their flat...
And unless I read the law and statement by goverment I won't believe in anything that journalists says. Idiots can't even differiante between quarantine and epidemic. Lithuania has/had quarantine, but not epidemic. Topics like "Is it to early to call an end of epidemic?" is plainly idiotic. Epidemic here is only called when 100 in 10000 is sick. We never went above 2/10000 sick (even if you count by regional or cities it still never reached that 100)...
Or that shops don't work - yes you can't enter shop, but you can say what you want and it will be brought outside for you...
Healines like "We were forced to wear masks for months" in my country are plenty and that is total BS. By law it is few weeks. Of course some shops refused to serve (as is their right) or put on warnings like "Please wear mask for yours and out safety" months before law....
There are hundreds of these...
So yeah lies all around...
