ok when I made this I didn't know Europe had an electoral college too but that's only in Holy Roman Empire and Belgium
but the HRE does not exist anymore and Belgium has three different Electoral Colleges for Dutch, German and French list of countries that have Electoral Colleges
I don't know how Belgians feel about their Electoral Colleges but the majority of Americans don't like theirs and belive one person = one vote
oh and the little girl hugging Sister America is Molossia a micronation in the US
