@Yeehaw00 i don't know but i have seen some people make US states into satw characters on DA and so far the states don't have any relations to each other or America
also none of my Region Ocs have any relations to Brother or Sister America or each other, but I like to think of them as "found family" also I think regions would be like how King Europe is where he not one Europen nation but multiple and seems to be the de-facto leader, they would be like the leaders of their respected states while America would be higher on higharchy, like if America is the Boss than regions would be the managers
