If I could I would edit this with Northeast New hair. It basically the same but I got rid of greys and made hair a lighter shade of brown I also made cowlick slightly bigger. I like to imagine he tries to slick back his hair but one part of his hair never wants to stay down
Oh and if anyone is wondering Northeast wearing a suit is reference to uncle Sam plus I always imagine Northeasters dressing more fancy/buissness like than rest of the country...
