I agree with Henlaar the beret looks fine. And that maybe some darker, richer blues would improve the eyes.
I find how much her back is arched a little stranger. Just a bit too much, maybe, like she WAS standing normally at-ease, but is recoiling from something... which actually would fit with the uncertain look on her face, like so:
(pulls back) "...I'm sorry Sir, did you just say the military is going to ISSUE female soldiers their undergarments now, as though bras were one-size-fits-all? This will not end well..."
(Yes this really happened in the CAF once, and yes, it did not work at all. :P )
My next issue is with how pixilated the picture is, with jagged-looking lines. That one you usually fix by drawing on a larger file size (most of the artists on the comic art site I work with use a WIP image size of 400% of what the final size will be) Then shrink the final image to an appropriate size (and this size you've used is pretty small for viewing on modern computers, so by "final" I'd suggest at least double this). This also results in thinner, sharper black lines.
