@AmericanButterfly well, not only those who had colonies in America are here, it's just everyone who wanted to congratulate England as it's his first child. But you're right too, ofc that Netherlands and Spain are here.
I just think it's funny that Russia saw America as a newborn and then he just grows up and... you know Russian and American relationships.
And that's why a lot of countries refer to America as a kid so far.
Btw, in my canons Canada was already born (1712 maybe)
