@RusA #9858612 No, never had the pleasure. The closest I've had to that might be [links removed] herring in wine sauce, but that's just pickled, and not fermented. The fish is pickled with onion slices in a mixture of white wine and vinegar, along with some sugar and spices. I like that one as a snack or an appetizer on a bed of lettuce.
