@Lostdaydreams putting the entire egg in the mouth was just a joke, I doubt kids will put the entire egg in their mouth especially if it's too big I read that kids put the toys into their mouth after getting it out but that usually little kids who are still in the "put everything in their mouths phase"
I saw multiple articles about 3-year-olds choking to death on Kinder Egg Surprise toys (all European btw) (British and French)
It's sad, maybe parents should wait until their kids are in school at least and past the "put anything and everything in their mouth" phase before buying them a kinder egg
