@Opuspace I'm a single guy who lives alone, and I buy a pack of 12 rolls perhaps every three months. I still had what I thought was plenty when the shortages started happening. The shelves were bare for quite a while, then they started having limited availability (limited to one pack per purchase) just as I was about to run out. That got me through until it was no longer a problem.
But I know plenty of people who were still buying huge quantities whenever they could even after supplies were more-or-less back to normal. Humans are crazy, in the collective. Perhaps there are a few of us individuals who are sane, but as groups we're totally binkers.
