@Bluesamurai let me explain I consider myself a bit of a troll; I don't say really stupid things online but I do make weird, out there statements to be funny. My fact cards are proof of this! Especially the curious George one.
Yes well, as you see - we have stupid people in Sweden too, like any other nation.
We just don't discriminate against the stupid, but let them shame us all in front of the world like this.
See how open-minded we are? ;-)
(But I do kind of wished we did discriminate against them, when it comes to things like this actually...)
@sgt_Oddball lol, are my country secretly trying to se who whould be the best to represent the country's character? XD like, someone that are a bit Neutral and like using computers, someone with a sister, one ex-friend a cousin and a old anemy that he/she is okay with anyways?
Or hilariously right. If you are a boring prude with narrow ideas about Freedom(TM) it might be best not to go to a nation of people who are capable of everything from Viking raids to Eurovision, who think socialism is a great idea but don't bail out flagship companies like Saab.
as a swede, i'm deeply concerned abou this because that account is part of the swedish image, and some radical who happen to have a twitter account and has no idea about international politics and start spitting agrissive shit against another country and then swedish govermnent officials maybe even the minister of state if it was bad enough, the fact is that sweden depends on it's good image and almost good relation with everyone, hell ikea has stores all over the west, and one major blow to our image aaaaand *BAM* we're out of money, because usually borrow a lot of money, and also if our relations in any gets ruggy destroyed with one of our neighbors we get a security problem because, well, our military is the seize of an ant compared to others out there, but who knows, maybe i'm to paranoid and full of shit
@greenhatter02 Oh don't worry. Sweden has far bigger problems and your government is unlikely to permit anyone who hasn't been vetted for ideological purity in the eyes of the ruling class anywhere near this twitter account.
@greenhatter02 you are right, we are using the fact that we are very popular, have good relations with other countries and that we have a good image to other countries to ceep going. if someone break that image.... well....
That doesen't sound true. We can't just give out our country's Twitter to someone random. They could just write anything they want! That's not Worth the risk!
@Artacus now some months after I wrote my comment here I've learned more about this and I do belive it now. There is no risk with this really. It does sound fun!
