It's not sexual to the kids, it's just a mean way to annoy someone. Like the ol' purple nurple.

@Australian-Person They teach it among themselves. Parents could try to tell them not to, but since they also did it when they were kids, so they see it as normal, and telling a kid not to do something is one of the fastests and surefire ways to have a lot of them do it...
