in Australia, while not an overly common thing, I have a few friends who, when someone sits on their lap, they put their hand in a "thumbs up" position in their lap so that the thumb goes up the arse

When i was in third grade, we used to prank each other with that method (Not naked of course), and we called it "Naruto" i can't quite remember why we called it that, but we just did (:
