Me too, because i can see this happening and am actually surprised if something like that didn't happen at some point.

Undoubtedly, because the USA has the world's largest and best-funded media industry on the planet. Movies, TV, music, they just produce exponentially more of it than anyone else, and their own competition for audiences drives up quality (at least in theory; no idea how "reality television" keeps slipping through. :P )

Because no one likes nationalist propaganda.
