In Finnish culture, sauna is a substantial part of the culture. For Finnish people sauna is a place to relax with friends and family, a place for physical and mental relaxation. Finns think of saunas not as a luxury, but as a necessity. There are five million inhabitants and over three million saunas in Finland, an average of one per household. But how many saunas are in the universalism?
Simo Häyhä was a Finnish sniper in WWII who, with over 700 kills in 105 days, can be thought of as the most deadly human in history. The Russians refered to him as The White Death.
I hate saunas. Possibly because in our house the shower is inside the sauna, and it has to be heated up when spending time in there, or it'll be slimy and possibly have centipedes running about.
