Simo Häyhä was a Finnish sniper in WWII who, with over 700 kills in 105 days, can be thought of as the most deadly human in history. The Russians refered to him as The White Death.
I have this panel bookmarked, and keep coming back to it; it's so pretty. I wish someone would tell me what each of the boys is eating, and make a guess at what Finland has already finished.
@Eruanne Well Norway is just eating oven-baked salmon with butter sauce and broccoli (with white wine). Sweden is eating swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes, sauce, and lingonberries (with red wine). Denmark is eating tartelets with chickenfilling (with beer and akvavit). Iceland is eating soup with vegetables and bread on the side (with orange juice), and I'm not sure what Finland has been eating, but he forgot his coffee ^^
@Eruanne you can tell Norway is eating fish by looking at his glass, which almost certainly contains white wine, fish+Norway=salmon, Sweden is drinking red wine which means meat, Sweden+ball-shaped pieces of meat in a sauce=Swedish meatballs.
Of course these days the "white wine with fish & red wine with meat" -rule has been relaxed, which is good as I don't eat a lot of fish AND I can't stand red wine.
