A Tale in the North

I'm practising getting the atmosphere right, and why not use the Nordic countries for that? I guess Norway went out fishing and then Denmark decided to swim up to him ^^

Professional quality artwork. I really like the style.

The scene has a nice peaceful vibe. A good day for fishing.

Wow! Great work! Especially on Norway. You converted Chibi to Realism pretty darn near perfectly!

The style looks somehow familiar. Do you post drawings to other sites?

Wow. I love this! Denmark's rakish face, fantastic eyes, the way his shirt fits, his classical painting posture... and the inherent dilemma this pairing would cause. How would a friendship between a fish addict and a half-fish work out? It could be tragic or magic. And Denmark is the best Little Mermaid; never thought of him like that before, but it is most fitting!

P.S. You draw clothes really well on the human (and half-human) form.
